HIGH-SPEED INSPECTION Vision inspection of this system is powered by Cognex. This modular unit installs over the existing bottling lines.
The system checks the cap integrity and determines the acceptable
liquid level at the speed of 1200 bottles per minute. The system requires only 24 inches of inline conveyor space.
